2009 Predictions and Recommendations to AT&T....

As we approach the new year, you're going to start seeing all sort of "expert" predictions and pontifications from analysts and consultants in the telecom world about what is to come in 2009 with AT&T.

Here's my take, based on the point of view from a real live consumer.

My 2009 predictions and recommendations to AT&T, including a proposed milk shake meeting at the Olmos Soda Fountain in San Antonio or the Mecca Cafe in Dallas with Chairman & CEO, Randall Stephenson.

Inflationary Prices Escalate The Cost of Dirty Movie Rentals From AT&T

And you thought  the cost of gas and milk were getting out of hand?

Well, the cost of renting a dirty movie on U-verse, from the phone company as we no longer know it keeps rising (pardon the pun.)

Note the cost of renting 4pk Sex Nymphs:  $18.00! 

The other movies at just $10.00 each seem like, well...a family bargain everyone can join in on.

I suppose like all other industries, things just go up (pardon the pun) and keep rising - or so to speak.

I really try not to post on weekends, but this given all the turmoil in the financial markets lately, I felt it was my responsibility to report on how inflation is impacting the cost of renting dirty movies on U-verse.

1. Should the Fed step in a offer a subsidy package to AT&T?
2. Maybe President Bush should offer yet another tax rebate to support adult viewing habits?
3. Does a merger with AT&T and Verizon look like the only way out of this mess?
