One of the hardest things I had to come to terms with about buying another home was moving away from my next door neighbors, the Cavender family. I will never forget the day I bought the house, I was checking out the garage, and Stephen Cavendar came over to introduce himself. He told me that if I needed a truck to help with my move, it was there for me.
That began the process of getting to know a wonderful family over the course of the next six years. Stephen and Kelli and their two great kids are down to earth good people.
You will enjoy getting to know them and watching their kids grow up. If there was ever a great neighbor to have, it's the Cavender family.
