Just got off the phone this morning with Bea McFadden, my real estate agent. We're monitoring the prices of other homes in the area to make sure the asking is in line. $349K seems to be right on. For now. I realize that as the Fall approaches the buying season may slow some, but you never know. I bought the house I am now in right before Thanksgiving.
I just think the right person needs to arrive.
