I have a wonderful yardman, Arturo Tierra Blanca who does the major stuff, like keeping the garden, trimming the bamboo, and the greenery that separates my house from the Cavender family. But I like to mow the lawn. It's good exercise, and it gives me a chance to hang out at the house. There are times when someone drives by, and I say to myself: "that's the right person who is going to buy the house." Yes, I am waiting, but I know the right person is going to show up.
