Andy Abramson has a very good post from his blog that should be a simple reminder about the very basics of media training.
Andy suggests, among other things to "ask what the reporter wants to know." He, like me, is against sitting in on interviews with clients.
A great read indeed.

Andy Abramson has some great insights on VON, where I just came from.
